Hajime’s story began in Atlanta, Georgia since 2009. Our mission has been to serve the best quality of Japanese style Hakata Ramen to our guests.
Hakata Ramen is one of many local varieties of Japanese Ramen that originates from Fukuoka in southern Japan. Hakata Ramen is served with thin-firm, straight noodles in a cloudy-dense, milky broth made from pork bones. Hajime carefully boils pork bones and water for over 24 hours to maximize the Umami for a rich tasty broth. Hajime also makes three types of fresh homemade noodles, with the most advanced techniques to pursue the perfection of Japanese Ramen.
To satisfy the different tastes and needs of our guests, Hajime not only keeps developing the original taste of Japanese Hakata Ramen but also offers various choices of Ramen. This ranges from Vegetarian to Pescatarian, and even Curry-ramen.
